I had a test drive of the new Lightsphere Collapsible yesterday .....
This a great bit of kit for getting more diffused light from your on or off camera flash. If you have a Canon or Nikon Speedlight flash you will great some great results and the advantage of this model is:
1. It is collapsible which means you choose when to use it or not but it is always ready to go.
2. It is very good fit so once on you aren't going to have to worry about it falling off.
3.It is flexible to use with dome concaved or convexed and also other accessories like the chromedome.
But for me with Quantum Qflash it is totally brilliant as I can use it with the bare bulb reflector to push all my light forwards if I want to, whilst at the same time giving some diffusion, now that is wonderful for shots like the first dance shot I did with this set up ,which you can see here:
Just to give you an idea of the flexiblity here are a couple of examples ot the set up,bare bulb, bare buld with reflector and the third variation which is my favourite is to have the bare buld with reflector with the dome up and the top open.
