No matter what our level of photography I think it is very important in order to develop our skills that we set ourselves some personal goals and the start of new year is good time to this.
For last the couple of years I have been very happy to publish my own personal projects list for this purpose, especially because with commercial demands this work is what is most likely to slip, if not mapped out well in advance.As you will see 2011 is a very good example if this slippage !
In 2011 due my first major exhibition of my previous personal project work, I was late setting out my personal projects list for the year, and in hindsight, what I did set out, was still too ambitious because a few weeks after setting these, an opportunity to open a new studio arose and took this, meaning that all planned personal works where put on the back burner.

Therefore for me 2012 is very much a roll over of my 2011 plan, plus some additional studio collaborations which I have still to finalize.

The additional studio work will be updated in the next 3-4 weeks so keep following as this year I intend to stay firmly on track and committing it to this Blog gives it a far higher probability of happening as in previous years. Also if no new work is generated I will have nothing for my 2013 Exhibition.
The good news for readers is that I will be investing much more time in regular updates of this particular Blog early in 2012.
So I would just like to wish everyone a productive and very creative 2012
